Terms of Sale
- Rabbits will not leave our care untill 7-8 weeks of age.
- We will not sell to anyone under the age of 16 unless an adult is pressant to take full responcabilty for the rabbit/s.
- All kits leave our care with a supply of food, care sheet & parent info.
- A full health check is giving in frount of the new owner.
- Deposits are not refundable if you later change your mind
- Deposits are not refundable should the kit/s die. You will however be offerd another kit from the same or another litter.
- Names can be put down for a colour, sex & breed of rabbit you would like.
- Veiwing can be arranged when kits have eyes open, between 10-15 days old. Please email for this.
- When useing a stud there is a contract to be signed.
- In the event you are no longer able to keep a rabbit baught from us we will be happy to take him/her/them back, Note that we will take back, not buy back. We do not give any refunds.
- Our rabbits are sold on a first come basis. We will not wait around for people. If you fail to make an appointed time without contacting us , chances are we will not be here. We do not have time for time wasters as our rabbits need good 5-star homes.
- We reserve the right to at any time retract the sale of any of our rabbits for any reason. If this sale is done after a deposit has been made, another rabbit from the same stock will be offered for the same price as the original rabbit.
